Kitchen is fully functional; we provide tea / coffee and cereal / fruit / toast / yoghurt for breakfast. The high balcony is not suitable for children under 10. Entrance is through the main gate, a short walk to the Treehouse. Guests have use of the pool and garden. It's a pleasant walk to the river.
