The Old Stable provides comfortable self contained accommodation in the picturesque village of Stanford in the Vale, located in the beautiful Vale of White Horse close to the Ridgeway. We are 12 miles west of Oxford and within easy reach of the Cotswolds and River Thames. Village amenities include a pub, cafe and supermarket. The accommodation, located on two floors with private entrance, has an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and TV sitting area. There is an en-suite bath/shower.

Symonds Barn is a spacious converted barn set in the middle of Childrey, a village on the edge of the Ridgeway, only 15 miles from Oxford. Choose between enjoying an escape to the countryside, with delicious meals in one of the many local cafes and pubs and walks through some really beautiful countryside (it’s a 5 minute drive onto the Ridgeway), or take advantage of the nearby shopping and culture in Oxford, Marlborough, Hungerford or Burford.

A self-contained studio suite with private kitchenette, en-suite shower room and garden on the step-free ground floor of our townhouse home. The studio is 5 mins walk to Wantage Sq. The neighbourhood is quiet with walks close by. NOTE: Whilst we are flexible with check-in/out, to allow cleaning time, please ask us if you intend to check in before 4pm, or check out after 10am. There is some household noise from 6am on weekdays.

Rose Cottage

Rose cottage is in a stunning location in the countryside surrounded by fields just below the ridgeway and 1 mile outside the historic market town of Wantage. It is the perfect starting point for walking, running and biking along the beautiful ridgeway. You will need your own car as there is no public transport nearby but there is plenty of parking outside the house and we can recommend good local taxi companies if necessary.

Lowood is perfectly situated in East Hendred - a picture postcard village at the foot of the downs. There are two fabulous pubs. A wonderful shop and amazing walks in every direction. Wedding venues - Barton House, Lains barn and Ardington House are 5 minutes by car. Harwell campus, Milton trading estate, Williams F1 engineering and Didcot Parkway Station ( London 41minutes) are also close by.
