Our annexe sits in a quiet garden in a small village on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Close to Goodwood, the Chichester Festival Theatre, local wedding venues and some of the best beaches on the South Coast, it's an ideal location from which to explore West Sussex. Inside, there's a separate bedroom, comfortable and spacious living area, well-equipped kitchenette (with a welcome hamper of breakfast provisions), and a bathroom with shower. Outside, it has its own sunny little garden.

It is just a short drive to the centre of Chichester, close to Goodwood, gorgeous sandy beaches and the South Downs. Equipped with separate bedroom, with a kingsize bed, bathroom, full heating, TV and kitchenette with full sized fridge/with freezer, toaster, kettle & Nespresso coffee machine. Fire pit and bbq.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. This first floor room, in our self contained guest annexe, has independent access via a door on the drive. It is a large, bright and light double room with a decent sized ensuite shower room and a king size bed. There is a comfortable sofa and a bar/table for eating or working at. There is safe parking for your car on our private drive. There are no cooking facilities but there is a small fridge, kettle and toaster. Basic provisions will be provided so you can make tea, coffee and toast!

Secluded self-contained apartment above cartbarn in pretty Sussex village close to Goodwood. Snuggled into the foothills of the South Downs and 2 minutes walk to the fab village pub, this makes the perfect base for a weekend away. Bedroom has twin single beds that zip into a superking, single bed in separated alcove, double sofabed and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lovely south facing terrace and tennis court. Additional annexe that sleeps 4+, so for big parties you can rent both!

The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
