Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

The open living area with large corner sofa, dining table and kitchenette is characterized by high ceilings and large wing windows overlooking the lime trees, the rose garden and the cobblestone pavement of the historic salt road. The bedroom and the adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet are quietly located in the rear area to the garden.

The 35m2 apartment is only about 700m away from the fine sandy beach. The Baltic Sea spa Graal Müritz is a very quiet holiday resort directly on the Baltic Sea. Beach, restaurant and shopping are within walking distance. The apartment has a kitchen, a well-kept bathroom and an entire living & bedroom. There are 2 + 1 sleeping possibilities. Consists of a double bed and a pull-out couch for max. 1 toddler. We can also add a travel bed upon request.

I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage.
