Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

2019 valmistunut ainutlaatuinen mökki osittaisella lasikatolla luonnonkauniissa ympäristössä järven rannalla. Mökissä on mikro, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi ja leivänpaahdin. Voit nauttia vain valmisaterioita. Rannalla tulipaikka/laavu käytössä. Autopaikka pihassa. Talvella jäällä voi kävellä. Lentokentälle 17 km , lähimpään City-markettiin 13 km ja keskustaan 17 km. Majoittaja asuu samassa pihassa. Vieraat saavat liikkua pihalla vapaasti. Naapureiden pihat ovat yksityisiä.

This unique apartment locates in a peaceful neighbourhood by the Kemiriver in walkable (3 kilometers) distance from the city center and arctic circle (Santa's Village). It accomodates four adults (max) or a small family and offers a comfortable living and possibility for exploring the sights and activities of Lapland (DIY). Kultasärkkä

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Kodikas mökki omassa rauhassa metsän ympäröimänä vain kymmenen minuutin ajomatkan päässä joulupukin pajakylästä. Kaupungin keskustaankin on vain muutama kilometri. Mökin pihassa on oma tulipaikka, missä voit viettää tunnelmallista iltaa ja nähdä revontulet jos olet onnekas. Kotitieltä yhteys pyörätielle, missä mahdollisuus lenkkeilyyn. Lähettyvillä on myös Santavaaran kuninkaan laavu, jossa suosittelen käymään ihastelemassa upeaa lapin luontoa ja Ounasjokea.

Glamping in Aurora Igloo

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.
