Cozy mountain apartment on the sunny slope with a view. Welcome to our lovingly furnished 1 1/2-room apartment on the sunny slope of Tälfsch in the beautiful Prättigau in Graubünden. The apartment can accommodate couples, small families or solo travelers and invites you to linger with lots of charm and stunning views of the mountains. In summer, hiking trails start right at your doorstep. In winter, you can reach the ski resorts of Klosters-Davos and Grüsch-Danusa in a short time.

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.

For example, you can walk to skiing, hiking, water sports, sunbathe on Lake Walen or cozily into the charming restaurant/bar by the lake. Everything is right at your doorstep.

The beautiful, cozy 4.5-room apartment with its own design is looking forward to welcoming you. It is located on the sunny side of Serneus. The apartment has a large balcony and behind the house there is a fenced garden with seating and barbecue facilities, where the pets are allowed to run freely. The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!

In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.
