Amenities nearby include Kota Kinabalu Central Market, Ocean Market, Durian Street, Filipino Market, Gaya Street. Facing the sea, you can see the sea without leaving the house. You can also sit by the pool with your family and friends at sunset and enjoy Sabah's famous sunset while chatting with them. Watch the fishing boats slowly sail across the sea and watch the sunset gradually disappear into the horizon.
