Suria Sabah Shopping Mall, Jungang Market, Filipino Market, Gaya Ilyo Market, Gaya Street, etc. are within walking distance, so access to all amenities is good. It is the 28th floor, the best royal floor, and is surrounded by an open sea view on three sides of the house. Located at the corner of the building, as soon as you enter the house, the sea, mountains, and islands will give you the best view of Kota Kinabalu with surrounds. In addition, you can enjoy the magical sunset view at sunset time, and you can experience a happy daily life with an exotic view through a beautiful night view at night.
