Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. Take in the beautiful mountain views, clean air, and pure water. Enjoy fresh fruit, coffee, and handcrafted chocolate from the farm. Adventure to nearby waterfalls and hot springs, hike the farm trails to the creek, or drift off in a hammock to the songs of the myriad of bird species that can be observed in our area.

Ideal for small families, couples, solo travellers or professionals looking for a quiet retreat in the Coto Brus area. We have an e-invoice.

I offer a spacious apartment on the top floor, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, full laundry room, full kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, hot water, cable, WiFi, in La Concepción, Bugaba, a few kilometers from the city of David, Tierras Altas and La Frontera with Costa Rica. Capacity for 6 people (1 double bed and 2 queen beds). Pets are welcome but at an additional cost of $40.

Cozy cabins that will make your stay in Paso Canoas pleasant. Excellent for shopping as they are 2km from the Paso Canoas free zone, in front of the Inter-American highway. Pet-friendly, we have some dogs. If you visit us with pets, you must pay at check-in $20 / ¢10,000 for the first night of the pets' stay and $10 / ¢5000 for each extra night.
