Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles. Explore nearby coves from our kayaks, jump in the lake from our swimming platform, fish from our piers, or lounge by the campfire. Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

Toledo Bend Hawthorne Fish & Fun # 3

This cozy house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is the perfect place to get away from it all. This house can sleep five guest. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. In the kitchen there is an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker. In the backyard there is a deck, fire ring, fish cleaning station. There is water access when the lake is at near full pool guest will be able to dock their boat. There also is a community boat launch. We added a hot tub.

The Brackin House

The Brackin House is walking distance from the Hemphill City Park, minutes from anything & everything in Hemphill and just a few miles from many access points to Toledo Bend Reservoir. Our circle drive makes it easy to park or back your boat into one of the three covered stalls next to the house. The large living/dining/kitchen - open concept area, keeps everybody close enough to have a good visit. Sitting on The Brackin House front porch helps clear your mind for whatever comes next!

South Toledo Haven: a lakefront retreat

Enjoy life on the lake at this lakefront home. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for your next family vacation, fishing trip, or romantic weekend away. The spacious home is located on the south end of Toledo Bend and offers great fishing year round. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from the large covered porch overlooking the lake. Wi-Fi, smart TV's, AC, laundry, and other thoughtful touches throughout the home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Quiet Cove Camp

A nice quiet home with 10 ft ceilings, outdoor garage carport with space to park your car or boat, free starlink Wi-Fi, and Roku tv. Outdoor fish cleaning station and charcoal grill on the back deck. Kitchen complete with various cooking appliances, electric stove, dishwasher, and microwave. All tap water is sediment and carbon filtered. Located close to the kites landing boat launch on toledo bend. Fully enclosed fenced yard. Animal friendly, bring your pets!

The Wright House

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Pineland itself is located halfway between Sam Rayburn Lake and Toledo Bend Lake, a perfect location to launch your fishing adventures. We are in the center of town, so the rumble of the sawmill and occasionally the train can be heard. This house is equipped with all the supplies you'll need for an easy stay, from kitchen equipment and dishes to linens and towels.

Keep it simple at this clean, comfy, peaceful and centrally-located water-view camp just minutes from Toledo Town. 3 bedroom / 2 bath with all the amenities. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Boat launch available in neighborhood. Fully-equipped kitchen. Fire pit (with firewood) in large yard and outdoor kitchen with fish cleaning station, sink, charcoal grill, gas burner, electric fryer on large covered porch. Dogs are allowed with pet fee. (No cats please)

2 Br Waterfront Cabin with Main Lake View & Pier

The Ledo Hideaway is a custom built cozy cabin tucked away in large trees to provide the ultimate privacy offering views of the mesmerizing sunsets that Toledo Bend is well known for. There's a pier that leads out to the lake where boats can be tied up and a private boat launch with the Sabine Civic Club just one block over. This cabin also offers an outdoor cooking area with a sink for cleaning the catch of the day.
