Casa do Avô Xico was built in granite over 200 years ago, but the interior has been completely remodeled to provide you with every comfort, in the middle of nature and in absolute peace. It consists of 2 floors, an outdoor patio on the ground floor and an outdoor patio on the first floor. The ground floor includes a living room, dining area, kitchen and guest toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, in addition to a full bathroom.

Old olive oil mill, recovered in 2005 and located in the village of Vela, Serra da Estrela region. From here you can walk to the castle, to the city park where the Côa River will give you unique landscapes and in summer you can dive into the river beach. This is a typical stone house that has been completely renovated, and its interior has been completely modernized.
