I super recommend this house! It is a jewel that is luxurious and very spacious! I'm doubtful it will be my first choice when returning from the trip to Xela!! The Host is very attentive and very kind! The entire experience 10/10

We had the best stay at Rafael’s place. The location is unreal - directly on the lake with the most gorgeous views of the two volcanos! It’s a 15 min walk into the main Santa Cruz town along the water’s edge. We were able to wave down lanchas (the public ferries) to come straight to the port out the front of the house, which was convenient. The house itself felt very homey, exactly what we needed for our group of 6 friends. We did a big shop in panajachel and cooked big feasts every night in the kitchen, which was well equipped. Would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax and soak up those insane lake views!

You will feel just right at home, its very cozzy and private, we had a few inconveniences that were resolved super fast by Richard, I highly recommended this place for a weekend or for a long stay

Great place for big families, host’s attention was awesome and always ready to help us. Had some issues either the hot water but she helped us fix it. The stove ran out of gas but she arrived within 20 minutes with new tank. Loved the stay for me and my fam!

Place was very nice, great location the view is amazing!! Host was very friendly and made sure everything was great. excellent stay all the amenities and services offer were great! definitely reccomended

Amazing airbnb to relax, we charms it was pet friendly and we were able to take our pet. If they like places to connect with nature and to relax, it's an amazing place.
