Width doors at both ends of the lounge can be opened, so the room becomes an integral part of the large terraces surrounding the house. 50m2 covered terrace allows for playing table tennis. The summerhouse is located between Lyngså, which has the most beautiful beaches in the coast and Voerså city with, among other things, shopping and yachts. 1000 m to the sea!

Enjoy lunch from the sea view terrace and there are terraces on all the four sides of the house - 2 covered. Sæby harbor is within walking distance - only 2 km distance. Similarly, a short distance to both the city center/shops, forest if you are into MTB or walks. There are 2 sup boards with wetsuits, life jackets and all equipment ready.

The small house is simply furnished and with a very small bathroom, but with a shower. 200 meters to lovely child-friendly beach and cozy harbor. 20 km to Skagen and 20 km to Frederikshavn. There are several good eateries, small cozy shops and two supermarkets within walking distance. It is about 500 meters to the train station, which runs Skagen- Aalborg.
