It is an ideal choice for those who want to get away from the city noise and enjoy the nature.The place is named after a bird called the hoopoe which lives in the area and is most often seen on the way to the cottage when taking a powder bath. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
