Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Kaikki mökissä ei aivan vimpan päälle ja jiirissä, mutta perussiisti mökki missä kaikki tarvittava. Mökissä on jääkaappi, pakastin, mikro, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin, liesi, kaasu grilli. Perusastiasto, televisio, radio, palovaroittimet.

Мы живём за лесом в 200 метрах от коттеджа круглый год. Расположение коттеджа уникально тем, что с одной стороны вы чувствуете полную свободу и уединение, с другой стороны мы всегда рядом и готовы помочь и пообщаться, если у вас будет желание.
