Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

The apartment is located on the lakefront promenade in the middle of the city. Tree big windows with beautiful postcard view. The apartment has an unobstructed view of the harbor bay and old Fortress. Within a radius of 20-500 meters the best places in the city, the Fortress, restaurants, beaches, boats, saunas, tennis, padel and sports fields, gyms, shops, hospital, library - everything you need on holiday and in everyday life. The apartment is elegant, barrier-free and modernly equipped.

This wonderful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north from Mikkeli. The cabin, finished in 2014, invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Finnish nature. It's cosy and decorated with high-class natural materials and comfortable furnishings and is fully equipped with a modern, compact open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with 160 cm x 200 cm beds, loft room with a king size bed, an inviting living room and dining area, bathroom, sauna, separate toilet and a terrace.

Jos kaipaat pientä irtiottoa kaupungin hälinästä luonnon rauhaan on tämä juuri sinulle. Vuokraa edullisesti vaatimaton sähköistetty peruskuntoinen kesämökki (n. 65 neliötä) Varkauden Kangaslammilta (mökki sijaitsee etelärannan puolella). Kaikki mökissä ei aivan vimpan päälle ja jiirissä, mutta perussiisti mökki missä kaikki tarvittava. Mökissä on jääkaappi, pakastin, mikro, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin, liesi, kaasu grilli. Perusastiasto, televisio, radio, palovaroittimet.

Romanttinen get away tai kaverin kanssa rentoutumaan. Idyllinen "mökkisviitti" Kouvolassa rapojärven rannalla. Tupakeittiö (liesi, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro), parisänky, pyydettäessä saatavilla vauvalle matkasänky, ruokapöytä, tv chrome castilla, netti, vesivessa, suihku, pukuhuone ja puusauna.. Ulkona puugrilli varusteineen. Iso lasitettu terassi säteilijällä. Hintaan kuuluu liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet, puut, sup-laudat ja soutuvene. Hanasta tulee juomakelpoinen ja lämmin vesi.

Lähellä frisbeegolf-rata. Täällä koet upeat auringonlaskut ja saatat bongata saimaannorpan. Täydellinen kohde luontoa, luonnonrauhaa ja mukavuutta arvostavalle, sopii lapsiperheille.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Japitos Cottage 2-Mökki 50m² + Rantasauna 15 m²

Enintään 2 aikuiselle ja 2 lapselle Keskitasoinen sähköistetty n. 50 m² Hirsimökki kirkasvetisellä Niskajärvellä omalla yksityisellä rannalla, 15 m² rantasaunalla ja ulko-WC:llä. Autotie menee perille asti. Polttopuut sisältyy vuokraan. Mökillä on hyvät 4G-yhteydet. Juokseva vesi mökkiin asti, paitsi talvella (1.11-15.4). Vierailla on käytössään soutuvene ja kahdet pelastusliivit. Kouvolan palvelut löytyvät 40 kilometrin päästä. Verlan Tehdasmuseo löytyy 10 km päästä.

Whimsical and unique lakeside cottage with sauna

If you are looking for a peace of mind and need a getaway place with personality, this cottage is just for you. This absolutely charming and unique cottage has vintage interior and warm, relaxing atmosphere. The cottage has a big yard, traditional Finnish sauna by the lake, a jetty and a private beach. There is a fire pit for campfires and barbequing on the shore and a gas grill on the terrace of the cottage. The boat is also included in the rent.

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
