The studio is located south of Clermont Ferrand, 5 min from the A75, 10 min from the Zenith and 45 min from the slopes of Super Besse. You will have the independent studio furnished above our garage with a main room of 60 m2, a small bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have access to the garden of the house. This is an annex to our house, the pool and garden are shared and we live on site. In June, July and August, you'll have access to the pool.

The Serre gîte awaits you for your next vacation in Auvergne. It is located in the wine village of CREST, not far from the Massif du Sancy and the Chaîne des Volcans, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Le Crest is located at the foot of the Serre plateau, 16 km south of Clermont-Ferrand. The cottage is located on the ground floor of the owner's house. Access is completely independent via a private terrace, with garden furniture, parasol, and BBQ.
