A resourceful location in the Lille metropolitan area. A charming square - Free parking - and a duplex flat fitted out with every comfort for 4 people, in a typical house. Leisure centre within 5 minutes' walk (Hall U Need, Wilder, Brique House, etc.), good choice of restaurants (bistro on the square, best kebab, cafés and bistronomic restaurants, guinguettes, etc.). Lille city centre 15 minutes away by bus. The banks of the Deule are just a 5-minute walk away, making for great walks.

Free Wi-Fi access (fiber + channel + Netflix + Prime, etc.) Nearby is a large municipal park with children's games and the opportunity to take a short walk 😀
