Nice and cozy house a one minute walk to the sea. It has a large terrace, sea view. It consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and bathtub and on the upper floor a small shower room with sink and toilet. On the ground floor, there is the cloakroom but also a large space for a stroller or several bikes. We have lived in this house for 12 years and we have taken care of the decoration in order to feel good there.

Being often on the go, I rent my 45 m2 apartment (2 people) on Cours Julien, a district renowned for its lively life, street art, designer boutiques, restaurants and bars.
