Hello and welcome aboard this lovely attic studio, perched on the top floor of this beautiful 1939 "Ti Melen" Carnac house. Ideally located between beaches and megaliths. Once you're settled in, its theme will let your imagination run wild, extending your experience of our beautiful country. We'll be happy to share our favorites (restaurants, shops, walks…). Charming cottage & private spa & linen included 

Fully renovated cottage of 60 m2. It consists of a living room open to the kitchen, two bedrooms (one of which is a master bedroom), a bathroom and a separate toilet. The accommodation offers free Wi-Fi and has a flat-screen TV with access to YouTube, radio and Netflix with your personal access code. Kitchen is new and fully equipped. The Spa is available all year round both day and night. Electricity is included in the price of the stay.

Mini hammam in the shower, 2x spa bath (which replaces the Nordic bath in photo 1), 5.1 home theater in the room. *To have a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bicycles at no extra cost. Numerous amenities: washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, raclette machine, all appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave...).

New house, rated 3 tourist stars, quick access to the sea (3 min walk), very bright, south-facing with 3 furnished terraces (meals, aperitif and solarium with an additional jacuzzi €30.00 per night) and large living room with open kitchen. Enclosed grounds that can accommodate your pet. The beds will be made upon your arrival and a towel will be provided. In winter, wood is provided for the stove.

NOTE that for the price of this independent room with bathroom, we offer you a kitchenette in the workshop on the ground floor at no extra cost (not very attractive but very practical: you are independent). Access to the studio is via a miller's staircase. the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a curtain and not a door. Hot tub for an extra charge and subject to availability
