Pleasant 28 m2 air-conditioned studio with side sea view from the tastefully renovated terrace and composed of: an entrance with cupboard, a living room with 140 x 190 bed, with open-plan kitchen opening onto a terrace, a bathroom with toilet. With a parking space in the basement. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available. A paddle and 2 mountain bikes on request in advance.

Bus 150 m away to discover Fréjus, St-Raphaël, Ste-Maxime, St-Tropez and other towns on the Coast. Great carless!

Hi , You will have a pleasant stay in my apartment, which includes a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 x 190) and a kitchenette as well as a bathroom, separate toilet and a south-facing balcony with an unobstructed view.
