Located in the countryside facing the plateau of Coiron, the cottage "Le gîte des vignes" welcomes you in great calm. Attached to the owner’s house but independent, you will have access to the swimming pool in season. Ideally located close to the cities of Privas and Montélimar, you are less than an hour from the gorges of the Ardèche, and the Vercors. At 1h30 from the sea, or the mountain, all activities are near by car. Access by train via the TGV station of Valence or Montélimar.

La Sauve, stone house at Mas de Rochessauve

La Sauve is a lovely 17th century stone house in Mas de Rochessauve. Atypical, simple and endearing, La Sauve is worth it. A flight of basalt steps leads to its small terrace open to its garden, the roofs of the farmhouse, and the foothills of Coiron. From there, you enter directly into the living room. On the same level is the bathroom and toilet, and the small bedroom. On the lower level, the interior is accessed by a spiral staircase to the kitchen and its majestic vault.

Andance Mountain Gîte

Accommodation with independent bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and terrace. Close to A7 highway, Cruas Nuclear Power Plant (15 minutes) as well as Montélimar and Privas. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen and a shower. Linens and towels are provided. The accommodation is located in a detached house with a private entrance (parking). Quiet place to come and relax after a day of work or visit our beautiful region.

Welcome to the heart of the medieval village of Rochemaure, ideally located on a quiet street close to Via-Rhôna. Here, on the ground floor of a charming village house, you will discover a former art gallery metamorphosed into a warm and comfortable cottage of about 45 square meters. (note that it is possible for cyclists to put their bikes in the living room) our accommodation is also equipped with a light therapy system available for free - see photos

The Cats of Limouze

Come and relax in our cottage backed by the mountain with the song of cicadas. Cyclists, we are 5 km from the Via Rhôna and the Peyre (transportation available on request). For hikers, the GR 42 is 200 m away. Climbing site 2 km away. During the day, discover the gorges of the Ardèche, the plateau, the cave of Pont d'Arc, the Ardèche train and even the Drôme des Collines or Provencal. But it's also great for lounging with a good book by the heated pool.

Welcome to the juniper yurt

Our yurt is nestled in the garrigue among the animals. Independent of other accommodation, autonomous and heated, you can easily accommodate 4 (double bed + convertible oriental bench). A private terrace is at your disposal with its shaded trellis and a table and garden furniture. Located about 100 meters from our small family farm, it is quiet. Breakfast (€10 pers, €5/under 10 years). Evening meal (€15/adult, €10/child, €5/under 10 years old).

Our small house will welcome you in all simplicity in the quiet of the Ardèche countryside at an altitude of 350 m (15 minutes from Montelimar). You will find everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, connected TV, WiFi etc... (+Detail in the listing) you can enjoy the warmth of the wood fire in winter and bask in the sun in summer. Over the years we have been striving to improve its comfort, this year the bathroom has been renovated.
