Located on the ground floor of the villa and equipped with air conditioning, the apartment is a 2-minute drive from shops (bakery, supermarket, deli, pharmacy, etc.). The accommodation can sleep 2 to 4 people (sofa bed). No pets. Secure residence (outdoor CCTV at the entrance and in the car park).

Villa ground floor in a very quiet area in the heart of the city of Saint Claude. Saint-Claude is located in the volcanic massifs south of Guadeloupe. Full of natural sites and dense vegetation, the city is at the foot of the Soufrière. This ground floor apartment consists of a bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a terrace overlooking a tropical garden and a private entrance with parking.
