“This place is a gem!! So cosy, comfortable and sparkly clean. Truly a feeling of home away from home. We had a quiet night in enjoying the lovely little garden and snuggling on the sofa - we were sorry to leave after 2 nights! Highly recommend this place to anyone who'd like to enjoy a little piece of peace and quiet.”

“I stayed at Karin s for a week . The house is located within 2 mns drive / 5mns cycle to the centre of Saltash and 8mns drive to Plymouth ( over the bridge) . The room was spacious with own private bathroom and TV. There was a shared seating area with a good selection of tea and coffee for breakfast . Karin was very kind and helpful . Always had a comforting smile on her face .. would recommend this place to anyone visiting both Cornwall and Plymouth .”
My country cottage is situated in the beautiful Tamar valley between Dartmoor/Bodmin moor. This is my second bedroom . The room has its own private bathroom. You have free access to the sitting room, dining room, and garden. Friendly local pub serving good food. Scenic walks. 3 miles Callington 15 miles Plymouth. Drive to beautiful beaches within fourty minutes. Must be dog lover as I live here full time with my two Tibetan terriers. Dogs welcome.
“A very memorable evening at Rosemary's well appointed cottage; spent sitting around the open fire chatting; with three happy dogs, two hers and one ours. Rosemary is a remarkable host and a captivating conversationalist who made us all three - including our wolf hound - feel very welcome. We enjoyed talking to her and loved meeting her cute Tibetan Terriers. The bedroom was cosy and the bed most comfortable to sleep in. Lots of lovely pictures around the house. For dinner we walked with the hound to the local pub The Carpenters Arms which turned out to be a bit of a dog heaven! Very tasty seafood. Overall, a fantastic stay. Thank you, Rosemary!”
