Centrally located in the village near the Savonnette toboggan run and a stone's throw from the swimming pool, tennis courts and climbing wall. The lifts are 800 meters away in winter. Charming and comfortable house surrounded by nature. For those who love peace and quiet and the countryside. Swing, hammock, bowls, table tennis table, books and board games. It is accessible on foot via a 50 m concrete path with about thirty steps at the end. Large plot of land with olive and chestnut trees, just 30 minutes from Nice and its beaches!
