The Bay and the Beast

La Bête is a majestic chalet located on the shores of Lac Long in Rivière-Bleue, on the edge of a beautiful bay. Spacious, modern, bright and warm, we built it to make all our guests feel right at home. It is suitable for the most beautiful summer days as well as the coldest winter evenings, and for all types of groups, with or without children. The Château de la Plage

The chalet is opposite the municipal beach of Dégelis, where there is the Pub de la Madawaska, a boat ride and a volleyball court. You will be charmed by its wonderful sunsets. Next to it is the municipal campsite, where it is possible to enjoy several facilities (swimming pool, paddling pool, games module, petanque court, access to cross-country ski trails, snowshoes, fatbikes (under certain conditions and/or fees) and the bike path (Petit Témis).

My accommodation is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, the lake, nature, outdoor activities and the forest. My accommodation is perfect for couples, families (with children), large groups and four-legged friends. Everything is included: kitchen, bedding and towels, washer-dryer, BBQ, 8 single kayaks, 1 double kayak and 1 children's kayak, 4 paddle boards, life jackets, Wi-Fi, TV. (There is also a spa for an additional fee.)

The chalet is located on a large wooded lot, offering a great view of the mountain and the surroundings. In winter, the snowmobile trails are only 5 minutes from the place. For an evening fondue, a stove is available on site. It is also equipped with an indoor fireplace.
