The Beach House

The Beach House is a small, but beautifully proportioned residence which sits in an enviable location, just metres from the golden sands of Jeffrey’s Bay. Be woken in the morning with the sunlight flooding in, have breakfast on the deck watching dancing dolphins, spend the day surfing or exploring and end the day watching the sky turn scarlet in front of the fire pit. The Cape St Francis beach is one of the best beaches in the world with a 3km walk to far point on sand. The first time we walked up the stairs and saw Jeffrey's Bay stretching in front of us, our hearts sang. After ten years of dreaming and two years of planning we finally created a modern beach front house by the surf. 127 de Gamma is built with a European style but an African heart. Whilst the bedrooms are downstairs, the open plan upstairs is all about the view. 2 guests may also stay in the unattached annex at the bottom of the garden. They have a totally separate area.

For loadshedding we have a battery backup system for all the Lights, the Fridge, the Wi-Fi, the Decoders & the lounge TV.

Beautiful House on canals

Our beautiful canal-side home away from home. This family friendly home is an oasis of peace and relaxation on the stunning St Francis Bay canals. Please note we recently renovated and the house no longer has a thatch roof. It’s now a modern shingle roof with aluminum windows and doors. We have updated some photos with the new roof and the white internal ceilings.
