This peaceful, fully equipped accommodation offers a relaxing stay for a family or for 4 people. On the garden level, and with no neighbors overlooking, you can enjoy a hot tub and a large 35 m² terrace with a beautiful view of Saint Denis. You will also have access to our (unheated) swimming pool, with hours decided upon your arrival. Ideally located in Colline des Camélias, you will be close to local shops, 10 minutes from the city center, and 10 km from the airport.

The flat is located on the last floor of a small building in Bellepierre (without elevator), a quiet and central neighborhood. It is a duplex with living-room, terrasse, a room with two single beds and a toilet on the first floor, a room with double-bed and dressing, bathroom with jacuzzi and italian shower on the second floor. The living-room is equipped with a double convertible sofa with sea view. The two rooms and the living-room have air-conditioning.
