It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Escape from the daily grind in this beautiful designer loft. Located in Finca Mas Flaquer, surrounded by pure nature and at the foot of the Serra de la Albera, one of the most beautiful and unknown corners of the Empordà. The loft is 95 m2. It has a fireplace for heating and a spacious terrace with an amazing view. It has an open kitchen next to the the dining room and living room, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with shower. More beds can be added upon request.

My accommodation is located in the middle of the picturesque old town of Collioure. It has a large sun terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay and castle because of its unique location. There is plenty of outdoor space and the beaches can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. My accommodation is very suitable for couples, families and groups. Pets are welcome. Ibizan style next to Grifeu beach, partial sea views and beautiful mountain views, with fantastic coves a five-minute walk from the house, in a privileged environment, next to the wonderful "Camí de Ronda" that borders the Costa Brava, in a unique landscape where the Pyrenees enter the sea and you can practice all kinds of water sports in its crystal clear waters, in the quiet urbanization of Grifeu, 1 km from Port de Llançà.

In the very popular area of Perpignan, you will enjoy a renovated Haussmannian style apartment of 80 m2. You will stay in the heart of the city center, and within walking distance of the train station. The charm of the old renovated: under a ceiling of 3.20 m, I chose materials and furniture "as if it were for me", comfortable bathroom, fully equipped kitchen.

A few kilometers from many hiking trails and mountain bike trails, close to the Museum of Modern Art of Céret, the Abbey of Arles-sur-Tech, Prats-de-Mollo, you will appreciate the place for its bucolic environment and easy access.
