Nice, comfortable flat in a 17th century house

Flat 2 rooms, 40 m², located on the groud floor of a 17th century house including one living room with a dining space, a sleeping room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, all equiped, combines the charm of ancient houses with authenticity and contemporary comfort; located in a calm street of the Roquette district close to city center. Ideal for a couple but can accomodate up to 3 persons or two kids thanks to a large 140 sofa bed . You can eat outside in a shaded area at the corner of the house.

Larger charming classic Arles house, gd courtyard

Our lovely house shows why La Roquette is the best area! Lovely, larger, ancient townhouse of 3 floors, all rooms of good size, 2 dbl beds (with ceiling fans)/2 baths en suites, two salons and dining courtyard directly off the kitchen. Very tranquil (no traffic), 5 mins from Fondation van Gogh, fab restaurant centre of Place P Doumer, Blvd des Lices with famous market, bars, buses, transport access, 10 mins from the Arena. Restoration sympathique, highlighting original features and stonework.

The living area features exposed wooden beams and a stone wall, creating a rustic ambiance. A comfortable sofa is positioned around a coffee table, with soft cushions adding a touch of comfort. Natural light enters through large curtains, illuminating the room's welcoming layout.

Charming house full of character in the heart of Provence

In the heart of the Parc des Alpilles de Provence, a nice duplex on the first floor, right in the center of the village of Fontvieille, close to the church built in the 17th century. Old house recently restored, a mixture of old and modern, all comforts (heating, air conditioning plus a fireplace, shower room and toilet, plus a separate toilet, fully equipped modern kitchen, Wi-Fi access, TV, plus TV with discs) not far from Avignon, Arles, Saint-Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence.
