Nice little house with garden.

Make your life easier in this peaceful property, just a 2-minute drive from the town centre and shops, or a 10-minute walk. Bathroom and 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds (140 cm) located upstairs. Kitchen with all the essentials. Bathroom with shower and bathtub Towels and bed linen is provided. A garden for enjoying barbecues in the summer. You will be staying in my home, which contains my personal belongings, so I expect my guests to show respect. Recent renovation work.

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

DUPLEX ET PISCINE DISPONIBLES Joli duplex lumineux dans la campagne avesnoise. Récemment aménagé, indépendant, il est situé dans notre cour, à 10m de la maison. Plusieurs chats et un chien (golden retriever) donc animaux non acceptés, désolée Le JACUZZI n est plus proposé en supplément car source récurrente de problèmes avec les mauvais payeurs... Désolée. Si vous souhaitez arriver plus tôt ou repartir plus tard, cela peut être possible mais avec supplément.

Under the stars, you will enjoy this beautiful view while being comfortably installed in your bed or basking in the Swedish bath! The watchwords are serenity, tranquility and total privacy!
