About 50 square meters, a bathroom with shower, and a private and enclosed garden with outdoor facilities in the middle of the Au Vert Gna! estate, which currently includes three cottages. Ideal for a couple, the sofa bed unfolds in two seconds on the ground floor if you don't want to sleep on the mezzanine or if you want to come as a group of three or four.
