In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Located in the largest marina in France, enjoy the charming and relaxing setting of this riverboat for one or more nights of pure relaxation. The Hummingbird sleeps 4 people, possibility to be at 5 with the couch (let us know) It is located 25 minutes from Dole, 45 minutes from Dijon, 40 minutes from Beaune, and close to Lake Chour. It is secure and has a secure shelter for two bikes. This place is close to local restaurants and allows for a small meal. A bike stop for athletes and a real relaxing stop. Another identical accommodation can increase the capacity.

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
