An unusual, new house located between the port of Kérity and the Eckmühl lighthouse. You will enjoy a view of the lighthouse from all the rooms and a view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom. On foot, the ocean is one minute away, the lighthouse is 2 minutes away and the port of Kérity is 5 minutes away! You will stay in a house made entirely of wood, with an eco-friendly design. On stilts, located on a large plot of land, with trees to the south and east. 2 parking spaces at the entrance. There are no shutters in the upstairs bedroom.

Access is by an external staircase with a terrace, facing south. In a typical and quiet hamlet, in the countryside on the road to the Solar Wind and the GR34, between the beaches of La Torche, Tronoën and Tréguennec. On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 160 pull-out bed and a 90 bed, and also a mezzanine with sofa bed. Towels and bed linens are provided.
