St. John's and Cedar Valley Golf Club are less than 10 minutes drive away, while V.C. Bird International Airport is only a few more minutes. 2 large supermarkets are only a few minutes drive. Apartment has patio, living room, newly renovated kitchen, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Ceiling fans and optional a/c (bedrooms). Free wifi, cable and parking. A number of restaurants are within easy walking distance (10-15 minutes) or 2 minutes driving.

It is on the 1st floor (2nd floor in USA/Canada) of the beachfront condominium resort of Antigua Village. It benefits from a private entrance and quiet corner location with spacious balcony & stunning beach views, perfect for those evening sunset cocktails.

The open living area features a comfortable sofa and two accent chairs beside a small wooden table. Light streams in through the louvered windows, illuminating local artwork on the walls. A ceiling fan provides airflow, complementing the tile flooring and warm color scheme.
