Close to: grocery store, pharmacy, CLSC, SAQ, banks, La Roulotte à Patates de Gentilly, La Boulangerie, Subway, Panier Santé, Complexe Équestre Bécancour, Moulin Michel, Atelier Où Verre, 15 minutes from Parc de la Rivière Gentilly and 30 minutes from Trois-Rivières! Domaine des Grès

Chalet on the edge of the Saint-Maurice River, admire the river through its large windows, located on a private estate of 130 hectares, warm comfort, wood stove in the open area, heated floors, 2 heat pumps, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 4 very comfortable beds and in the basement, table games and a television with several DVDs. On the estate, there are various activities, access to a private beach, a 7-kilometre trail, two waterfalls and a cascade, etc.

Bungalow in nature in the middle of town.

Behind a small grove, the bungalow is discreetly located behind a notary office. with two mini-service centers 1-2 min. walking distance. The little gazebo that dresses the front door gives the impression that a stop time is necessary. A short walk will get you to a small park that encourages you to take a meditative walk. Everything in the bungalow is new, you get a workspace, free parking, an outdoor electrical outlet, smart TV and 5G wifi., desk.

Due to its rustic decoration and exemplary cocooning, the house is the perfect place to relax and get away from everyday life. During your stay, you can enjoy the outdoor terrace, spa, outdoor fire and various activities available near the house. The family access pass for the Mauricie National Park is lent to you.
