Très jolie maison refaite il y a 3 ans et possédant tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances réussies en famille ou entre amis puisqu'elle est habitée le reste de l'année et est donc très bien meublée et équipée. une Piscine chauffée de 7x3.5m vous permettra de vous rafraîchir. Une vue magnifique sur le mont Ventoux vous ravira. Dans le village de Saint Marcel d'Ardèche idéalement situé pour découvrir la région: à 5KM des gorges de l'Ardèche non loin du Gard du Vaucluse et de la Drôme.

On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with separate toilet, 1 office area. Quiet location 5 minutes from all amenities. Medieval castle and tourist sites to visit, hiking trails, Via Rhona, swimming in the Ardèche river...
