It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. The road is made up of pastel colour houses with a real sense of the neighbourly.

Welcome to Smuggler's Cottage! This charming four-bedroom Georgian cottage is set at right angles to the sea front within the highly attractive conservation area. The property is a Grade II listed residence that has very recently been fully refurbished. It was formerly owned by the Queen Mothers interior designer, Lady Barbara Davy, and retains much of her original style, now upgraded to modern day standards. There is a large private secluded garden and your own stocked cocktail bar to enjoy.

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

The Cottage is a 6 min drive from the beach or a lovely 20 min walk taking in the woods along the way. Walnut Tree Cottage was originally the village school house built in the 1870's and has been lovingly converted into comfortable holiday accommodation. Ideally located close to Canterbury and 25 minutes from the coast, the pretty village of Bridge has a shop, 2 pubs and 3 good restaurants. Great country walks from the doorstep and 5 minutes to Howletts Wild Animal Park.
