Beach apartment holiday rentals in Saint Martin

We had a fun stay! The view is absolutely awesome!!! We were able to walk to Maho Beach (and watch the planes land!) and Simpson Bay Beach. When we were done with the beach, then we had our own private pool to enjoy. And you'll never get tired of that amazing view!

Betty’s place was huge, bright, extremely comfortable, and squeaky clean. It’s bigger than it looks in the photos, and laid out so the 2 bedrooms are very private from each other. The thing that sets it apart, though, is the extraordinarily beautiful setting. The balcony looks over the tasteful, green pool area to palms lining the ocean beyond. It’s spectacular. The small private, sandy beach was a wonderful escape; it’s secluded by cliffs and I sat there a couple of hours each day without seeing anyone else. The property grounds are beautifully landscaped and immaculate. Other conveniences were a surprise; a nice grocery across the street and several good restaurants within a short walk. Hard to get this kind of quiet and privacy while having so much nearby. It’s a little slice of paradise.

My husband and I enjoyed 6 nights here. It is a perfect location with delicious restaurants just a 5 min walk away. The beach in front of the home is gorgeous and calm. The home and kitchen is well appointed with all the necessities for making a small meal. Close to the Super U for needed groceries. Nicolas was very attentive and made check-in a breeze. Would definitely recommend to any friends or family visiting the area!

Few places check all the boxes for a vacation stay and this vacation was amazing. Very private, beautiful view of beach, ocean, and both pools were very nice. What a wonderful community RBC has and enjoyed meeting many new friends. A perfect 10 for us. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise on a beautiful island.

We had a great time at Amy’s BNB. Amy was very much reachable and helped with all of our requirements. The place had a common pool which was always available for us. We even enjoyed the private beach that was exclusive for the community members. Amy also made sure to provide pool supplies that were easy to cary. I would love to stay at this property on our next trip too!

Kathy's condo is outstanding, excellent location, and just like the photos and descriptions. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful balcony, everything you need to be comfortable and content. Easy safe parking and check-in. And the beautiful Caribbean Sea is steps away. Don't hesitate to book!

The Anse Marcel area was perfect for us. Beautiful serene beach a short walk from the apartment which is somewhat protected from the winds. The area has enough dining options but was so nice and quiet and free from crowds during our visit. I loved the indoor/outdoor space in the living area at the apartment and enjoyed looking out at the catamarans in the morning as I sipped my espresso while the marina came to life. Hiked to a walk-in/boat-in only beach right from the apartment and had the place almost entirely to ourselves. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. 4 nights was nowhere near enough to experience everything on this island! I would absolutely look to book this place again when we return.

This place was wonderful, very big and cozy. The building is beautiful, the indoor and outdoor pool was fabulous including the sauna! Best sunsets !!

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back! Virginie thought of everything international travelers might need for a beach getaway from the beach chairs, table, and cooler to helpful directions and welcome notes. You can’t beat the convenience to the beach and the pool was an added bonus when the beach got too crowded on big cruise ship afternoons. Highly recommend booking!

Wonderfully located right on the beach, with a short walk to nearby restaurants and about 1km to centre of Marigot. Older building but well appointed apartment, same as photos and description. Camille is a wonderful host. She made me feel very welcome and she has lots of little touches that I really appreciated including beach towel, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment. She even helped me carry my luggage in/out.

The proximity to the beach was the main selling point for us. We missed the fact that the condo has two bedrooms, we assumed the extra sleeping option was the couch! So what a bonus to find that. The upstairs porch is gorgeous, didn’t spend much time there but it was so peaceful. The pool(s) are pristine. We loved all of it!

Il a répondu à toutes nos questions tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a été d’une aide précieuse et a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nos hôtes ont également fait preuve d’un souci du détail exceptionnel. Tout a été pensé pour rendre notre séjour mémorable, des petites attentions jusqu’à l’aménagement parfait des espaces. On sent qu’ils mettent beaucoup d’amour et de soin dans leur accueil, et cela fait toute la différence. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans aucune hésitation. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back next year! Sylvia greeted us at check in. She is wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The unit is lovely and well kept. We love the location! Steps from the beach and D’s restaurant. Short trip to amazing beaches and restaurants. There is a water filter on the tap so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Nice touch!

The house is just like the photos, a common area with a pool, barbecue and a beautiful garden. The cleaning is excellent. It has everything you need to use in the kitchen. You can feel at home. The hosts are super attentive and are aware of everything. Thanks!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement d’Emilie, sa proximité avec la Baie Orientale ainsi que la plage et la piscine de la résidence nous ont permis de pouvoir varier les plaisirs durant notre séjour, sans oublier qu’il est également très bien situer et proche de toute commodité (station service, aéroport, supermarché). Emilie est également une hôte très réactive et disponible. Je recommande à 100% son logement

Pictures of this place don’t do justice of the setting. Along the apartment is a semi private terrace that has a direct view on the ocean, full of sun all day along made a perfect spot for both morning coffee and late night drink. A plus : beds were really comfortable!

Our family of four with two small children (3 & 6) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sofa bed in the living room was spacious enough to accommodate both small children and the primary bedroom upstairs was very comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the pool was gated and clean with a decent size shallow side perfect for the kids. We enjoyed breakfast at Bread & Butter (just down the hill) nearly every morning, and some our favorite meals while on the island were really close by (Mama's Pizzeria and Oasis). Harold and his wife were onsite and were very communicative. While there were guests in the other villas during our stay, it still felt very private and we rarely saw other guests at the pool. As others have said, I would highly recommend renting a car if staying at this property. The only small inconvenience was that the WIFI did not work well in our villa, however, it worked fine on the patio outside and around the pool area.

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. Creo que las fotos no muestran lo bello que es. No duden en ir!! Volveríamos siempre que podamos.

Great location at Fourteen towers. Quick walk to grocery store and beach. Not many restaurant options walkable, but plenty with a short taxi or rental car. Priced more expensive then other options in the tower, but the amenities with Mullet Bay Suites are much nicer than other options. For example, room is serviced everyday. Mullet Bay Suites operates like a hotel in the tower. Very proactive instructions and easy to understand. Will consider next time. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

I celebrated my birthday with friends at Lesley’s place and we absolutely loved it. Lesley and the staff we interacted with were responsive and welcoming. If you stay at this location, you won’t regret it!

Really enjoyed our stay at Pierre-Yves’s place in Orient Beach. The pictures are spot on. The unit sits right on the edge of the beach parking lot (which really wasn’t annoying). The access through the private gate was great, and you’re literally just steps away from the beach and all the cool beach bars (“clubs” as they are called there), which all have beach loungers (for rent) with service. The host was very responsive with the couple of questions we had. For the location, ease of access to the beach and town (tons of restaurants), and cleanliness / newer condo, you can’t beat the price. Will definitely be coming back and staying at the same place. My family and I enjoyed our spring break in Grand Case at Melinda and Ian’s place. Ian texted in advance of our arrival and met us promptly at the property to walk us through all the details, allow us to ask questions, and give us some proactive tips. It was such a kind gesture and made us feel welcome from the jump! The house is located beachfront, just steps from the water. We enjoyed the porch that was elevated enough to relax with a cocktail and watch our children play safely in the sand/sea. We were delighted to learn there was snorkel gear at the house for us to use, you can easily spot fish, starfish, etc. There are many restaurants located within short walking distance which we appreciated — ranging from local fare to high end dining. We felt beyond relaxed in the comfort of the property and are already discussing our return!

Our stay was wonderful and the response to our needs were promptly looked after. The location was amazing and as stated was a 2 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants were a 5-10 minute walk as well. Thank you to all who made this a great week in Orient.
