Enjoyed every hours of my stay with family!

The private deck and garden are outstanding. There is a wide variety of exotic plants and visiting animals, including hummingbirds, lizards, and snails. The villa overlooks a beautiful harbour and hillls. The location is excellent - 5 minute walk to Jolly Beach, 8 minute walk to a well-stocked supermarket (Epicurean), good access to restaurants, bars, water sports, tour agents and transport. The villa is in a neighbourhood of similar villas facing the harbour. We felt quite private and secure. Chris and Katie were very responsive, provided helpful and structured information and were very flexible, including in respect of late check-out.

We had a fabulous stay at Cactus House - and loved having the porch verandah for coffee and breakfasts and dinners… but also as a great jumping off point to explore the incredible beaches. You absolutely should rent a car to maximize your time. Hazel was a wonderful resource and comfort for local info. We loved the local recommendations! The house was as advertised and very comfortable.

This was our 2nd stay at the property & we had a great time there again. The property is well equipped & has had A/C added to the downstairs since our last time which is a welcome addition to the A/C upstairs. The property is well equipped for a family of four & 5 mins walk from the beach. The supermarket on the complex makes self catering easy or there are a number of restaurants close by. Anywhere on the island is less than 45 mins drive & really easy to self drive. Balconies off each bedroom & a large deck onto the water means there is plenty of outside space with seating & a BBQ. All communications are really quick if you have any questions & makes for a really relaxing holiday. Hopefully we will be back to enjoy the island again a 3rd time.

We had a lovely stay in Antigua. The communication was clear and prompt. The accommodation was as described, check in was easy and local information was provided. The welcome snacks were a real treat. We were less than five minutes away from a lovely beach.

Our stay was excellent. We ended up having to stay a little longer than intended, but we got lots of great help from host to accommodate us. Very happy with this stay. Thank you.

Villa Sunset was an amazing!! The location is second to none with the views of Jolly Harbor and the sunsets each evening, as well as being within a few minutes drive from the best beaches on the island, several fantastic restaurants, and a convenient grocery store and commercial center (ATMs!). The home is so well decorated and appointed with everything we needed to stay in for some of our dinners with the kids, play family games, or just lounge by the pool and listen to music while sipping on a cold drink. Everything was extremely comfortable and we were all sad to leave at the end of the week!! Check in was so easy with the on-island management representative and I was very appreciative that the owner had messaged me ahead of time to alert me to some construction noise happening around the home. The area is being built up and while I didn’t love the noise, at least I did feel that Marc was respectful to let us know ahead of time. Can’t wait to return again someday! Thank you :)

Anne’s place is wonderful!! It felt like I was in my own home with everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach was walking distance from the Villa and there were two restaurants on the beach that we took advantage of. We had breakfast at Petals which was amazing. We will definitely reach out to Anne the next time we’re planning a trip to Antigua. I just want to say to future Airbnb renters of this unit, please tip the housekeeping staff. Also please generously tip the wait staff at any restaurant you go to. The Antiguans are most friendly and welcoming. Always remember this beautiful island is not like your country or city. What a great location-beautiful view of the ocean, beach and spectacular sunsets and a view from the beach of Montserrat. It was nice having breakfast outside seeing the turtle that would swim by in harbor. The kitchen was fully stocked (if you wanted to cook!) but there were so many restaurants in walkable distance. We loved being able to get on excursions right at the Marina center with Amarrs Tours-they arranged a snorkel sail as well as a trip to Stingray City/Laviscount Island. A/C worked great in all of the rooms. It was nice to have some essentials there such as TP , hand soap and coffee filters. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of bathtowels and beach towels-all seemed pretty new and thick! Great to walk to Epicurean for groceries-they had some fresh made foods there that were tasty. We would stay there again. The only downside is sofa has seen better days and the outside deck could use alot of TLC. However we came for the beach & tour island so we did not come to sit inside.
