L'ÉTAPE, Chalonnaise coast: functional calm

For private stays or business trips, we provide a 50 m² accommodation on two levels, completely renovated, comfortable (mattresses changed at the end of 2021), fully equipped (kitchen, linen). Located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside. Small shops 3 minutes by car, Cluny 25 minutes, Chalon-sur-Saône 35 minutes. Away from major roads. The accommodation is an outbuilding of our property with a shared courtyard. There is a picnic area and parking not attached to the accommodation.

Our house is a large Art Deco-style villa in the heart of the Burgundy countryside, surrounded by 2 hectares of land, just 1 hour 20 minutes from Paris by TGV and 40 minutes from Lyon. It offers 6 bedrooms, two large terraces, a flower-filled garden, and orchards watched over by our donkey Roméo. We have renovated this home with all modern comforts while preserving its authenticity. We rent it out when we’re away and hope you’ll feel at home here. Perfect for family gatherings!

Independent and autonomous access from the main house. Key box is available. There are 2 nice little dogs in the yard. No pets allowed

The house is very comfortable for 8 people and can accommodate a maximum of 14 people. Ideal house for large families and friends.
