It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can use our swimming pool during the summer period from 1 June to 31 October: Mon–Fri, 9:00–11:00 and 14:00–17:00. The WE and holidays according to our availability. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Maisonette in the heart of Ardèche nature

A separate maisonette a few metres from our house. Large air-conditioned room on the first floor (stairs) on the ground floor, a veranda opening onto the natural surroundings, a bathroom and separate toilet. There is no kitchen in this space. The swimming pool is a shared space, as are the various green areas on the property. We take care of your privacy. We don't host with their pets.
