An enclosed outdoor grass courtyard with table/chairs and barbecue (you supply the charcoal) where it is possible to park a vehicle. Everything is quiet there. Bed made on arrival, towels and kitchen linen provided, toilet paper, household products.

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center.
