Gite in old stone house composed of a large room with a sleeping area (bed in 160) and a living area with wood stove for the pleasure of a fire in winter for example, a kitchen and a bathroom (shower) and toilet. An enclosed outdoor grass courtyard with table/chairs and barbecue (you supply the charcoal) where it is possible to park a vehicle. Everything is quiet there. Bed made on arrival, towels and kitchen linen provided, toilet paper, household products.

In our beautiful house, Montfolles, you can relax wonderfully. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. A beautiful private garden where you can enjoy the views. In the village, 200m away, there is a nice restaurant. For cycling and hiking, it is a true El Dorado. Large stores 10 km away. Swimming water 2 km away. The house has 4 bedrooms, 7 beds maximum. Two toilets and two bathrooms. Luxury breakfast is available for 7.5 euros pp.

The house has a kitchen equipped with dining room, a bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, and upstairs 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 TV lounge. You will stay in the extension of our country house. You will find everything you need for a quiet stay. Spacious accommodation with a kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a sofa bed downstairs ideal for children and an open mezzanine bedroom upstairs. Finally, you will enjoy a magnificent view in the living room with terrace access. We don't have air conditioning. We are close to a farming business.
