Townhouse, quiet and green - 3 bedrooms 6 people.

The house is ideally located between the city, beaches and countryside. A 15-minute walk to the city center, and 5 minutes to the shops, it offers the advantage of being in a quiet and green residential area, facing a wooded park. Its covered terrace sheltered from all weather and the enclosed garden are a real plus for young and old. Simply decorated and comfortable, the house is conducive to relaxation. It is adjoining on both sides, and the neighbors are quiet families.

Very nice townhouse for your Brest getaways with friends and family. Located close to several points of interest in Brest ( port, city center, oceanology, cinema, botanical park...), it offers many assets to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Bright with floor-to-ceiling windows, you benefit from a wide terrace with sea views. Amenities are generous and high quality. The decoration, neat and current, is appreciated.
