The cottage, which covers nearly 100 m2, is the result of a quality renovation that was completed in January 2017. The Gîte consists of 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. Ground floor apartment located 2 minutes from the slopes of Saint Pierre by car, beautiful quiet view in residential house, 70 m2, large living room with large screen TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, games area, 2 bedrooms with 160 beds + 1 children's bedroom with pull-out bed. Folding baby bed. 1 bathroom with integrated toilet (washing machine and dryer). Pellet stove + electric. Pets allowed. Terraces and parking. 2 nights minimum. No disabled access as bathroom is not equipped and standard doors.

Full accommodation in Llívia, ideal for families and to share with friends. This is a very bright, functional and nice accommodation, fully equipped, Wifi , Smart TV and storage room It has three bedrooms ( two of them double and one of bunk beds) two full bathrooms and a fantastic very spacious living room with a large window and with a large window, fully equipped kitchen, with Nespresso, microwave, toaster... and finally, a nice terrace.
