perfect stay. the house matched the listing, with a breathtaking view at all times. the pool is ideal for cooling off and swimming at any hour. house in a quiet area. it is absolutely necessary to be motorized to get around, but we enjoyed being in such a peaceful environment. Thanks to Lud and his companion for their welcome and availability. and this excellent Martinican meal prepared by the family...a real pleasure and a great holiday for us

Thank you for everything! Accras upon arrival and superb welcome. Even though there was a loss of the drinking water network Marie-Jeanne made sure that we had bottled drinking water and water for the toilet. Great location with Pelee Mountain on the left and ocean on the right.

Excellent stay with Mado who is a very friendly host, welcoming and full of good advice. Comfortable,quiet and nicely decorated accommodation with very pleasant terrace. We have breakfast with birdsong and we have an aperitif with a superb sunset! We would recommend it unreservedly!

We were very well hosted by Roger. The accommodation is located 10 minutes by car description Saint Pierre, on the heights. It is very spacious, and as described. The view of the bay of Saint Pierre and the peeled mountain from the living room window is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were very very well hosted by Pascal upon arrival. He is very friendly and had very good tips. the listing is 100% as described. Very quiet with a great view. Everything we needed is available. The accommodation is clean and tidy. Close to the beaches of the carbet and points of interest in the north-east of the island. We would recommend it without hesitation.

It's hard to find the words as this place delighted us!! The views are sublime, the bedding impeccable, the modern amenities (nespresso, glass-ceramic), and well thought out like the outdoor shower or the hammock. The environment is quiet and nearby beaches are very accessible and not very frequented during the week. Isabelle, René and Rose-Marie were adorable, with nice little touches and lots of good tips. They are welcoming and very responsive. Great hosts. We took this trip with our children after long savings for our 15 years of marriage and this place was worth every penny. We would definitely recommend it!!

The accommodation is very large with magnificent sea views. It is in a great location for visiting the north of the island. The owners took the time to meet us at the end of our stay to give us their recommendations for the rest of our trip. We recommend if you want to visit the north of Martinique and a favorite for the Neisson rum factory which is located at Le Carbet.

We had a wonderful stay! Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The garden and pool offer a real haven of peace, surrounded by Martinique nature… We immediately feel like we are on vacation. Thanks again for hosting, we recommend this place without a second thought!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Martinique! The accommodation was very comfortable, well equipped and as advertised. The air conditioning was working perfectly, which really made our nights enjoyable. The pool was amazing, arguably the most beautiful we've ever seen! We made the most of it. The location of the property, halfway between the south and north of the island, was ideal for easily exploring the different facets of Martinique. And the proximity to the Carrefour a 4-minute walk from the accommodation was very convenient for our everyday shopping. A huge thank you for your kindness, your hospitality and your availability. Although we did not meet Elise, we felt her kindness. Available, attentive, responsive and warm. She responded to each of our requests. The accommodation is exceptionally well located, by the sea in a quiet and secure residence. Everything you need and even more is present in the accommodation to have an enjoyable stay and feel at home.

We had a great time at Rémy's apartment which is perfectly equipped. Ideally located in a quiet residence, it allowed us to discover the north of Martinique. We recommend!

The space was bigger than we expected from the photos: we felt very comfortable there. Very good location, in a small safe "block", close to everything: beach, grocery store, bakery... Very good communication with Patricia, who stays just below. When we arrived, she rushed out to meet us on the street when we indicated that we couldn't find the address, because the locals we inquired didn't know what the name of the street they lived on! As a welcome, she even prepared a plate of cookies for us! Patricia was very generous with explanations and travel tips. Only downside (which is not Patricia's responsibility): the beach was not conducive to swimming, as a result of Hurricane Béryl of July 2024; but the sea is already bringing back sand... Recommended without hesitation.

We traveled with a 21 month old baby and the accommodation offered all the necessary amenities (park, high chair). The space was very clean and we lacked nothing! Le Carbet is very good on foot. The patio of the accommodation is very private. It was nice to spend time outside in the shade to eat or read in the hammock Our host was kind and responsive and we had a lovely time there. 5 minutes from Martinique Zoo, 20 minutes from Mount Pelee, 25 minutes from Route de la Trace, really a great location to explore the North of the Island. To respond to reviews that talk about noise. Yes indeed, we are stuck on the main road and it is VERY noisy. But just from 6:30 am in the morning to 9:30 pm in the evening. At night it's very peaceful. With traffic jams, we sleep very well. In my opinion, it is a small price to pay for having a beach just 50 meters away;)

We had a great time in this apartment, ideally located, quiet, functional. The view is very pleasant. Our host was very responsive to texting and punctual check-in/check-out. Will I go back? My only complaint about staying here is that we eventually had to leave. What a wonderful getaway. Perfectly located with unobstructed views of the ocean and diamant. Walkable to many great restaurants. 11/10 cannot recommend highly enough.

Valerie had taken the time to clearly tell us how to get to the accommodation and even without GPS, it was very easy. The place was great!!!! Clean, well ventilated, well-equipped (even a cooler at our disposal). We took advantage of the pool and all its amenities. Very beautiful! Lots of birds. Beautiful!!! We had our meals on our terrace. Quiet neighborhood as we like. Thanks to Valerie for everything.

Pleasant accommodation, air-conditioned rooms and a beautiful, very well-maintained garden. The beach, restaurants are just a short walk away. Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

A great, very clean place with an amazing view! A warm welcome with small gifts that make you extremely happy when you arrive. Welcoming and communicating with the Conciergerie is a real more responsive and attentive one. Thank you so much for the whole stay.
