Our accommodation is located 25 minutes from Lake Der and in the center of the Vitryat vineyard, the barn to rest in the countryside in the greenery, to recharge your batteries in peace and simplicity. This peaceful 130 m2 house offers a relaxing 50 m2 stay for the whole family on enclosed and wooded land, at the foot of the champagne vineyards. 10 min from Vitry-le-François, 20 min from the first beaches of Lake Der, 45 min from Nigloland, 1 hour from Reims, 2 hours from Paris. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 1 garage. Netflix and Disney+. Extra €3 per person for towels. The house is rented for 6 people maximum, no parties or gatherings.

Entire 70 square meter house that has been completely renovated. Large living room (desk, armchairs, vintage vinyl stereo system), TV, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, dishes), 2 beautiful bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds with a baby crib), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 private parking space, enough to have a pleasant time. A pellet stove will warm you up. Garden furniture in a country setting is at your disposal.

The Hummingbird Cottage

The Cottage is located on the edge of the canal in Soulanges, in the enclosed garden (1,000 m²) and in the quiet of my house (former lock keeper's house). Direct access to the 30 m² single-storey cottage (independent entrance). For a business trip, a vacation or a weekend you will stay in a warm atmosphere. Pets are welcome! Note the possible presence of my dog June (4-year-old border collie) and my cat April, always in my presence.

Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has two terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (not overlooked by the adjoining owners' house). Guests can enjoy the orchard and 3500 m² garden.
