The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Close to the most beautiful villages, Aigueze, St Montan, Balazuc... You can discover the gorges by canoeing, cycling, hiking, swimming in the river a few minutes away. Convenience store, bakery, restaurants, wine bar, gas pump, hairstyle, local souvenirs,markets in the village on summer Sundays with an aperitif offered .

The Oasis, a rare place for nature lovers in the middle of a 1-hectare olive grove between Uzès and the village of Collias. In this small architect's house in Vers stone with its private terrace, totally autonomous, solar electricity and drilling, you will find calm and tranquility. In the morning the peacocks will come to greet you and wish you a beautiful day. The Gardon and Alzon next door for swimming and a swimming pool shared with us, will refresh you on summer days

This new house, with its heated and private pool, (open from April 15 to October 15) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche is a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.
