Discover the multiple hiking trails, the nautical base of the Prades body of water 5 min walk, 1 min from the city center and shops, also located 10 km from Thiers, capital of the knife. Apparently approximately 80 m2 with two bedrooms, equipped kitchen, bathroom (shower cubicle and toilet), living room equipped with TV, pellet stove for winter, private outdoor terrace and 1 car parking.

Our comfortable apartment is close to the capital of cutlery Thiers and the St Rémy sur Durolle lake, it will allow you to discover Puy de Dôme and the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park. Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC.
