In an old palace with a delicate old-fashioned charm, located at the heart of the thermal and shopping district, a bright apartment renovated in 2021 by a decorator. It offers a splendid view of the roofs of the city, the living room is cosy and warm, the kitchen is fully equipped, bedrooms offer storage spaces, Wifi (fiber), safety deposit box, games, household linen... This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. A stone's throw from the Prades lake in St Rémy-sur-Durolle in a residential leisure park, this 6-person chalet of 38 m2 is fully equipped and air-conditioned with a covered terrace of 12 m2, land of 200 m2. 3 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed, one with 2 80 cm beds and one with bunk beds and a sofa bed in the living room. All amenities are present in the village: Bakery, pharmacy, press, butcher, supermarket, Sunday market.

Saint Rémy Sur Durolle Cottage

Charming cottage on a 300 m2 fenced plot, located in a 2 ha wooded park (private petanque court). Guests will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Equipped with a kitchen, TV, reversible air conditioning, sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests and a car charging station. The water body with recreational base (pedal boat, paddle board, electric scooter...), tennis, padel, restaurants, wellness center and swimming pool are 300 m from the accommodation.

You will enjoy a living room with lounge and equipped kitchen, The bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed with its wardrobe, The convertible living room sofa can accommodate 2 guests. Immediate access to the lake with its many activities: restaurant, swimming pool, tennis, pedal boat, paddle and SPA at the Les Bois Noirs center. Access to the A89 exit 30 in 10 minutes, Thiers 12 minutes, Clermont Ferrand 45 minutes, Vichy 40 minutes.

Our comfortable apartment is close to the capital of cutlery Thiers and the St Rémy sur Durolle lake, it will allow you to discover Puy de Dôme and the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park. Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC.
