Il est composé d'une cuisine/salle à manger, un salon prolongé par un espace chambre, une vaste chambre à l'étage et un studio duplex mitoyen avec chambre et mezzanine. Confortable pour une grande famille ou un groupe d’amis , le logement offre trois salles de bain et trois wc. Draps, torchons et tapis de bain fournis. Les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas fournies.

Come and take a break in this small cozy completely refurbished accommodation located in the building of our main home. You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. Access to the cottage is facilitated by the proximity of a major highway (RCEA), 10 minutes from the Chalon Sud highway exit and 15 minutes from the Creusot TGV station.

Have fun with the whole family, or with friends in this accommodation. Spacious with front terrace and back terrace and small plot, green voice for walking or cycling, with shops, small village, wine cellar, restaurants. Cormot cliff, lake for swimming, I provide sheets and towels, the price is 39 euros per person, 2 night minimum, I rent the house for 4 people minimum, if it's for 2 people I only rent the ground floor with sofa bed, pets accepted

From the village you will visit the world-renowned vineyards as well as the Route des Grands Crus. Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

Located 480 meters above sea level, the village of St Gervais sur Couches offers stunning views and is the starting point for multiple hikes or bike tours (possibility to store them in a safe place).

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.
